Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Bytwise, including the website, the progressive web app and the Android app. Bytwise is operated by AutomateXpo ("we", "us", "our"). By using Bytwise you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Bytwise

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

Your content

Reviews, ratings, photos, spots you add and answers you submit remain yours. By posting them, you give us a non exclusive, royalty free license to display, store and share that content on Bytwise and in promoting Bytwise. You can delete your reviews and photos at any time.

When you post, you agree that your content:

• Is based on your own genuine experience, and isn't paid for or written on behalf of a business you're connected to without saying so.
• Contains only photos you took or have the right to share.
• Isn't hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading or illegal, and doesn't share anyone's private information.
• Isn't spam, advertising or an attempt to manipulate ratings.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Bytscore, levels and coupons

Bytscore points, levels and badges are a fun way to reward activity on Bytwise. They have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. Coupons are offered by participating partner restaurants, carry the terms shown on each coupon, and can only be redeemed at the partner listed. We may adjust point values, daily limits or coupon rules, and we may cancel points or coupons earned through fake visits, duplicate accounts or other abuse.

Restaurant listings

Spot details come from our team, the community and business owners. We work to keep them accurate, but hours, menus and prices can change, so please check with the spot before you visit. Business owners who claim a listing must be authorized to represent that business. Claiming a listing lets owners update their details, but it doesn't allow them to edit or remove other people's reviews.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer Bytwise. Don't collect other users' data, create fake accounts, or use bots to earn points or post content.

Advertising

Bytwise may show ads, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separate from reviews and rankings, and advertisers can't pay to change ratings or city guide rankings. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.

Disclaimers

Bytwise is provided "as is". Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users, not AutomateXpo. We aren't responsible for your experience at any restaurant or cafe, including food quality, allergies, pricing or service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Bytwise.

Ending your account

You can stop using Bytwise and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@bytwise.space. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Bytwise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
